Santa Gula is described as an eating house. And it's a good definition: open till the evening, with uninterrupted kitchen service, at noon and in the evenings they have a daily specials menu that is constantly updated with simple, well-designed dishes. Such as honeyed pork ribs with ginger and soy sauce, excellent scrambled eggs (with foie gras and potatoes) and home-made tapas.
