Time Out says

5 out of 5 stars

They're famous for their 'dorayakis' (miniture marinated soya pastries eaten in Doraemon), though it's been more than 25 years since Takashi Ochiai opened his Japanese patisserie in Barcelona, and he has learnt how to make croissants and other Western pastries since, and he does them so well that he was awarded the best butter croissant in all of Spain in 2013. Takashi Ochiai has also developed his own very personal line of croissants: you have to try the green tea one, but you absolutely must get your hands on the mango-filled one. We know from personal experience that when you bring a tray of Ochiai croissants anywhere to share, the mango is the first to go. More recently their mochis have been flying out of the store as well. If you're a fan, grab some fast.
