Daniel Jordà is a baker, but he's not just any baker. He bakes bread for some of the biggest chefs in Spain, and in his shop you can find haute cuisine breads (carrot and walnut, pumpkin and cranberry, cheese and rosemary, potato focaccia, even watermelon bread), classic recipes reinvented, and breads from around the world, like one for the Mexican Day of the Dead and India chapata.
