Paradiso del Tiramisú

And now for something completely punk: Italian baker Mateo Majorino's shop, Paradiso del Tiramisu, is a minimal construct with an interior somewhere between IKEA and a bargain store. The two refrigerators remind you that it really is a bakery. Note, though, that they only make one product: tiramisu. But what tiramisu! It's some of the best in Barcelona, with a uniform texture, not too liquid and not too solid, and made with precisely the right amount of each ingredient.
