Organic and local wines join forces in the first Organic Wine Market in Poble Espanyol, to be held from 10am to 8pm in the Plaza Mayor. Selected wineries will present their products in a family environment full of activities. In the market-fair you can taste organic wines and you'll be able to buy your favourites directly from the winemakers. These are clean wines from Catalonia, low in sulfites and untreated with fertilizers or synthetic chemical pesticides. You can also join in the guided tasting of DO Penedès, a region that boasts the largest number of such crops.
