Time Out says

The gastronomic festival of new artisans, All Those Food Market, is back at the Teatre Nacional this spring with a new edition where you can enjoy the best gastro projects of right now in a festive atmosphere.

This year celebrates the first edition of the Cru Festival, a selection of the best artisanal cheese makers in Catalonia in a tribute to cheeses made with raw milk and with respect for the process. You'll also find all kinds of workshops where cheese is the star as well as the competition for the best cheese of 2018 as chosen by you, the attendees.

Also on hand are projects like Rafa Peña's, with his restaurant Gresca, and Bernat Bermudo's Mano Rota, among others. Look out as well for gastronomic enterprises such as Mellow sheng with home-made kimchi and Exalta's chocolate, as well as guest projects such as Chiles Hermanos with their spicy artisanal salsas from Valencia, and Can Ferrerico's delicious Mallorcan 'sobrasada' sausages.

Since the festival's on around the time of Sant Jordi, this edition features a market of new works of literature from independent publishers as well as fresh roses from a variety of florists. As with past editions of All Those, you'll find a chill-out space for guests with babies, and free, fun things to do for kids older than three who are interested in learning about gastronomy in a fun way.
