This centre promotes the culture of sports and leisure, and offers children, youth and adults a variety of activities, including recreation centres, cultural outings, courses and conferences. The entity also has a choir, the Coral Baluern, with groups that perform dance and amateur theatre, and that promote popular culture such as the Colla Els Amics de Sant Medir.
