El Mercat de La Mercè

The popular Encants weekend market is transformed on the September 24 holiday celebrating Barcelona's patron saint, La Mercè, into the first edition of El Mercat de La Mercè, organised by your friends at Flea Market Barcelona and on in Plaça de les Glòries. From 11am to 8pm, and coinciding with the fifth anniversary of the renovation of the Encants market, you'll find this special market with some 80 stalls featuring plenty of second-hand treasures, as well as food and drink, family activities, DJs, and the vinyl record fair Crate Diggers Spotlight, which is held in various venues around the world and organised by Discogs.
