Learn to make energy bars for cyclists

Espai Egg hosts this workshop to celebrate the bicycle and encourage its use. The workshop aims to teach participants that a more sustainable way of eating is possible, and how to make your own energy bars for cycling outings, minimizing waste and respecting the environment. The workshop starts with a bike route from the Rambla del Raval, where you'll pass by the lovely Yes Future, a shop that sells eco-friendly products, and where everyone will buy all the necessary ingredients for the energy bars.

Then you'll ride to Espai Egg for the workshop with Alberto and Ella from Bear on Bike, and at the end you'll have your own energy bars to eat then or take home. The price includes the bike route, ingredients, workshop, bike parking, a glass of organic juice and a small gift at the end of the course.
