Open Workshops in Poblenou 2019

This is the 23rd edition of the 'Tallers Oberts' weekend in Poblenou, when workshops in the neighbourhood open their doors to the public so you can see the diverse world of the creators working there in the disciplines of pottery, lithographs and engraving, dance, sculpture, design and furniture production, and so much more. Among the 24 participating spaces, standouts include Hangar, Espai Subirachs, and La Escocesa, which itself is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

And as always, there's a long list of activities you can join in, like the Saturday typesetting workshop in Quadrat 9, a space dedicated to printing and engraving; a workshop on using a potter's wheel at 137º Ceramic Art Studio; and introduction to sketching, painting and textile arts at NauArt, among others.

The weekend also happens to be at the same time as the Poblenou Festa Major street party so there's plenty going on around you as well!
