Time Out says

Welcome to the newest edition of the Palo Alto Market, just in time for the annual nationwide January sales event, and this time with a sustainable theme. The aim is to reduce environmental damage as much as possible, betting on fair trade, reuse, and local, traceable products. To that end, you'll find organic clothes from The Nordic Leaves; local leather goods from In the Mood for Leather; solidarity T-shirts from Animal Totem and the brand Noisno, which gives part of its proceeds to NGOs. You'll also find a Humana charity stall, where you can buy second-hand clothes. When you're hungry, recharge your batteries with Indian food from Masala 73, the many varieties of octopus cooked by La Pulponeta or home-made dishes from La Internacional in the gastro area of the market, where you can also relax with live music.
