Time Out says

From November 8 to 11, various venues throughout the Raval host the 16th edition of this festival of culture. Over the four days, there will be a whole load of free activities available thanks to the contribution of the community. This year the festival focuses on the fight against racism, particularly in the Raval itself, where they're trying to promote multiculturalism and create a neighbourhood without prejudices.

The festival kicks off on Thursday in the Rubió i Lluch gardens and ends Sunday with a big traditional parade of giants, bigheads and beasts. Don’t miss out on the musical variety taking place on Friday and the dance performances on Saturday. It's looking to be a jam-packed weekend, and certainly one to check out.
