Venetian dinner, wine pairing and live music

Bear on Bike and Wine Alphabet take you on a trip through the culinary traditions of Venice and Veneto, with a four-course menu and four pairings with Spanish and Venetian wines, and live music to boot. Your meal is prepared by Italian chef and Barcelona resident Alberto Zanrosso, originally from Veneto, who has been inspired by the many similarities between Catalan and Venetian cuisine. Wine tasting is conducted by Nika Shevela, a sommelier and wine consultant, raised and based in Barcelona, but originally from southern Russia. Laura Milazzo performs songs that mark the history of Italian music from the '60s, '70s and '80s in the key of jazz, accompanied on guitar by Joel Moreno Codinachs.
