Having started out as one of the theme gastro markets from Eat Street, What the Foc! has since become an independent festival with a fun side that's set once again to fill up Torrassa park in L'Hospitalet on March 14 and 15. The What the Foc! festival aims to bring the art of barbecue to Barcelona, with the masters at the coals in an open-air space, showing off the latest innovations from and traditions from their home countries with a live demonstration. The festival also collaborates with Radio Primavera Sound, heading out of their central home in the Born to programme music over the weekend as you watch and taste different samplings of barbecue.
