The 39 rooms and two suites are smart and comfortable, and the whole place recently underwent a modernising makeover. It's close to the Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstrasse and the State Opera. At rates around half those at the nearby Sofitel or Hilton, you can't really go wrong.
