Hotel Hackescher Markt

This elegant hotel in a nicely renovated townhouse avoids the noise of its central Hackescher Markt location by cleverly having many rooms face inwards on to a tranquil green courtyard. Some have balconies, all have their own bath with heated floor, and the suites are spacious and comfortable. The pleasant, helpful staff speaks good English, and, while you don't necessarily get the most atmosphere for the money, you can't beat the address.
