Who'd have thought that such a seemingly anonymous chain could produce such a smart hotel? The 180 rooms, all recently remodelled and refreshed, are basic but done with flair: check out the large dark wood headboards, flat-screen TVs and modern free-standing sinks. Even that appliqué on the curtains and pillows is bearable. Throw in the bargain rates and you have a winner.
