Navigate your way through to the third courtyard of the former Koenigstadt brewery and you'll find Roadrunner's tucked away in the corner next to a motorcycle repair shop, a suitably greasy location for this butch venue. On offer is a tasty but irregular mixture of live shows and DJ sets, primarily focusing on garage, blues-rock, rockabilly and surf. The tiny stage may seem a little bit lost in the wide-open concert room but there's plenty of room to dance and the sound system is surprisingly up to scratch. Alternatively pull up a bar stool and marvel at the array of 1950s American kitsch while sinking a cold beer.
