The latest venture by Josef Laggner, the man behind Lutter & Wegner and some 20 other restaurants and bars, opened in a former bank building in May 2009. The dining room is truly grand, with a huge, custom-made central bar, leather banquettes, high ceilings and a specially commissioned 14m by 5m (46ft by 16ft) painting by Jean-Yves Klein. Less spectacular but just as well executed is a menu of regional and French dishes. Downstairs in the former vault, the 'Oyster Bank' is open to VIPs only.
