Most of Berlin's best Italian chefs paid their dues at this 1977-founded establishment, learning their lessons from a family of restaurateurs from Lecce. Osteria is run by Fabio Angilè, nephew of the owner of Sale e Tabacchi. Excellent three-course lunch menu and, in summer, one of Berlin's loveliest garden courtyards. Staff are super-friendly too. Booking is recommended.
