Well known for fish dishes (tuna and swordfish carpaccio or loup de mer) and for the pretty courgette flowers filled with ricotta and mint, not to mention its large, impressive selection of Italian wines. The interior design is meant to reflect a time when salt (sale) and tobacco (tabacchi) were sold exclusively by the state. In summer, enjoy lunch or dinner in the garden under lemon, orange and pomegranate trees.
