Citing the British trend of 'nose to tail' eating, so memorably pioneered by London's St John, here the philosophy extends to the copious veggie options, with vegetable recipes typically involving roots, stems, leaves and all in deliciously daring presentations. Typically serving up sharing dishes, you can enjoy a smorgasbord of international influences jostling elegantly for attention, with some excellent wines to go along with your food. Centred around a large, open-plan kitchen, Industry Standard has indeed established a new standard in ratty old Neukolln and quite rightly so.
