InChu - Time Out Market

Time Out Market Selected

Time Out says

If you’ve never seen what it’s like to achieve #bowlgoals, look no further than InChu and its menu of Asian-inspired mashups. What started as a pandemic passion project for Aleks Bakhrakh, InChu has quickly evolved from a ghost kitchen to a pop-up, to the permanent stall you’ll find here at Time Out Market. Marrying fresh ingredients with flavors typical of Far Eastern cuisines, this concept offers a selection of customizable rice bowls and salads that will send your taste buds traveling to Vietnam, Korea, Thailand and Japan. Return often to try new combinations and rack up passport stamps bite by bite.
