Are you looking to improve your health and wellness but not quite sure where to start? Have you tried yoga before and felt that it didn't work for you? Or maybe you've always felt that you weren't fit enough/skinny enough/young enough to start yoga, or you're carrying a few injuries and aren't sure if you can?

We're not going to beat around the bush. Big bellies, boobs and booties may bring all the boys to the yard, but they can also make yoga a little more challenging. At Stretch we believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY - young and old, big and small, perfectly chiseled or a little more squidgy - which is exactly why we've designed Curvy Yoga - our 6 Week Course for gorgeous yoginis and handsome yogis (or just regular peeps) to come and move their bodies in ways that feel amazing!

With a focus on body acceptance and working with what yo'mama gave you - we'll use lots of props and adjusted sequences to show you how you can make any yoga pose work for you!

Traditional yoga poses were created for young Indian boys, so when you don't have the figure of a teenager (which most of us don't) a 'traditional' yoga class can be incredibly frustrating! Curvy Yoga isn't about being traditional, it's simply about what works! Over the 6 week course we'll cover:
Week 1 - Introduction to Yoga & Breathing
Week 2 - Core, Twists & Standing Postures
Week 3 - Meditation, Mindfulness & Balance
Week 4 - Hips & Heart Openers
Week 5 - Forward Folds, Hamstrings & Quads
Week 6 - Sun Salutations (and where to from here)

So stop putting it off - now is the perfect time to start your yoga journey and the beginning of a happier, healthier and more confident you. Many of our Curvy graduates move on to classes on our regular timetable and permanent members of our Stretch Community! The confidence they gain is simply incredible!

We allow one make-up class per course. All courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates.
