Last year’s Cup was one of firsts: the first female winning jockey and the first ever Gin and Gallops bash. The city’s one and only gin-themed Cup celebration went off with a bang, and this year’s festivities are set to be bigger and better than ever.
Sponsored by gin kings Hendricks, a ticket to Gin and Gallops 2016 covers all bases: live music, cool cocktails, delicious food, best-dressed prizes and more – including, of course, a classic Melbourne Cup sweep.
Forget watching the Cup in your office lunch room with a glass of warm champagne and half a strawberry.
