International Women's Day Breakfast says
You are cordially invited to the fourth annual University of Queensland Union International Women’s Day Breakfast.

This event will be FREE for all UQ students and $15 for staff.

The 2017 International Women’s Day theme is Be Bold for Change and we’ve invited some bold women to come and speak this year.

The keynote speaker will be Terri Butler MP, the Member for Griffith, Shadow Minister for Universities, Equality and Child Safety and Domestic Violence.

University of Queensland Vice-Chancellor Peter Høj will speak at this event. the Vice-Chancellor is passionate about gender equality at UQ.

We will also be joined by Professor Carole Ferrier, a UQ gender studies academic who has intensively written on and studied the history of feminist activism in Australia and Brisbane.

This event is open to everyone, regardless of gender.

VENUE: Holt Room (next to Pizza Caffe)
TIME: Wednesday 8th of March 7am- 9am
COST: Free for students, $15 for staff
