Time Out says

Branching out but not straying too far from its original remit of providing studios and lodgings for artists, and accommodation for discerning, culture-seeking visitors, Brody House is now a bistro, bar, guesthouse and events space. Each of its eight guest rooms has been named after the artist who stayed there, while superior meals are served to all-comers in a spacious dining room, bar and inner courtyard. Breakfast is a daily ritual from 8am, complemented by weekday lunches (from 11.30am) and weekend suppers (Thur-Sat from 6pm). Events, most notably but not exclusively English-language comedy nights, are a regular attraction, as are art exhibitions, talks, presentations and happenings.

Dedication @ Budapest English Theatre

5 out of 5 stars
Running for three nights at Brody House, Dedication premiered to rave reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022, and is now being toured across Europe. Created and performed by New York pianist Roger Peltzman, this one-hour show relates the story of his family who fled the Holocaust, and his talented uncle, a brilliant musician, murdered in Auschwitz at the age of 21. As well as personal detail, Peltzman intersperses his personal tale with beautiful renditions of Chopin and the blues in an uplifting solo portrayal. Each concert will be followed by a Q&A session between Peltzman and the audience. Use the discount code LOVEMORE to receive a 25% discount on tickets (Ft 8,900/€24.50). Presented by Budapest English Theatre.
