After leading a nomadic existence around Budapest, the National Dance Theatre moved into this award-winning conversion of a former industrial space in Millenáris Park in 2019. Gábor Zoboki, András Lente and Balázs Orlovits created a cultural arena where some 300 performances of ballet, folk and contemporary dance can be staged in two auditoriums. There are also rehearsal rooms, a recording studio and café. Every spring, the NDT hosts the prestigious Budapest Dance Festival.
