Jing Jai Market is already a weekend staple for us here in Chiang Mai, but this weekend they're rolling out the red carpet for the four-legged regulars too. The dog and friends market is exactly what it sounds like – handmade dog clothes, special freeze-dried treats and a chance for your pet to socialise with other animals in a market setting. Owners are just as spoiled, with a booth offering DIY ring kits where you can create an imprint of your pet’s nose, as well as animal-themed keychain charms. Local food vendors including Samoodi for fruit smoothies and Bai Waan for fluffy rice yeast bread are also on site – something for every member of the family, regardless of how many legs they have.
