The kind folks at the Embassy of Ireland in Thailand are screening not one, not two but three free movies from the Emerald Isle this weekend at SFX Cinema in Maya Mall. Friday’s 7pm showing of Oscar-winning The Banshees of Inisherin is sure to be a laugh a minute – and if you can’t make Friday, it’s on again Saturday at 3pm. Saturday evening sees underrated 2024 comedy Four Mothers on the big screen at 6pm, while Sunday afternoon plays on your heartstrings with a showing of Irish-language Fidil Ghorm on at 3pm. All films are free and first come, first served. All have Thai subtitles too so your Tinder date can enjoy them with you.
