The InterContinental's Easter Sunday brunch on April 5 reads more like a greatest hits of luxury dining than a seasonal buffet. Caviar, French oysters, Canadian lobster and caramelised foie gras before you've even touched the mains – which include wok-fried crab with egg curry, roasted lamb rack and ossobuco alla milanese. The dessert station closes things out with a chocolate fountain, raspberry crème brûlée and a Lanna-style fried banana that earns its place at the end of a very long table.
Families are well looked after with an Easter egg hunt, egg painting and cupcake decorating for the kids. Children under 4 eat free, aged 5-12 get 50 percent off and groups of four only pay for three.
April 5. B2,488 per person. Book via 052 090 998 or email dining.icchiangmai@lhg.com. InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping. 12pm-3pm
