In Buddhism, meditation means "effortlessly remaining in what is". Diamond Way Buddhist Group of Dallas would like to invite you to an introduction to meditation with international teacher Cecilia Blasquez. Cecilia will give an introduction to meditation practices and why they are so beneficial.
A great talk for anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation in general and Diamond Way Buddhist meditation specifically.

Cecilia Blasquez Albarrán was born in México City. Cecilia was 19 years old when she first learned about Buddhism at Casa Tibet, a Buddhist Institute of Learning in México City. In 1991, Cecila met her teachers, Lama Ole and Hannah Nydahl, and began practicing the methods of the Diamond Way. In 1996, Cecilia traveled with her teachers to Australia, where she studied for her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and became an active member of the Diamond Way Buddhist Center of Sydney. Since that time, Cecilia has traveled extensively with Lama Ole through Australia, Latin America, Europe and USA. She actively supported the creation and development of new Diamond Way groups and centers in México and founded the Diamond Way Buddhist Center in Metepec, Mexico.
