Our weekly Wednesday evening class on the Tafsir the 30th Juz Amma. The second session on surah an-Nazi'aat #79 15-26 بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَىٰٓ ﴿١٥﴾ إِذْ نَادَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ بِٱلْوَادِ ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى ﴿١٦﴾ ٱذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ ﴿١٧﴾ فَقُلْ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ ﴿١٨﴾ وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَىٰ ﴿١٩﴾ فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلْءَايَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ ﴿٢٠﴾ فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ ﴿٢١﴾ ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ يَسْعَىٰ ﴿٢٢﴾ فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ ﴿٢٣﴾ فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ ﴿٢٤﴾ فَأَخَذَهُ ٱللَّهُ نَكَالَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ وَٱلْأُولَىٰٓ ﴿٢٥﴾ إِنَّ فِى ذَ ٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةًۭ لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰٓ ﴿٢٦﴾ Has there reached you the story of Moses? - (15) When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, (16) "Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed. (17) And say to him, 'Would you [be willing to] purify yourself (18) And let me guide you to your Lord so you would fear [Him]?'" (19) And he showed him the greatest sign, (20) But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed. (21) Then he turned his back, striving. (22) And he gathered [his people] and called out (23) And said, "I am your most exalted lord." (24) So Allah seized him in exemplary punishment for the last and the first [transgression].
