The Handstand Evolved 1.0 Workshop is designed to adequately strengthen and mobilize all components of the handstand by targeting the areas of the body required to perform a proper handstand hold.
You will learn how to build impressive hand strength, wrist & shoulder mobility as well as overall core control via specific exercises programmed to develop each element individually. You will also learn how to incorporate these movements into a unified, full-body practice that result in an safe and effective handstand allowing you to bridge your current practice and become a better mover overall.
