Time Lord Tuesday Rules for Actual Cosplayers: •Everyone tries and has fun with non-players •No one puts down another costume •Be fair to the non-players for trying and putting forth the effort •There are three and only three categories to place in... a BEST: DOCTOR, VILLAIN & COMPANION. (NO one gets to win all three, each costume is its own entry) •Let's make it fun and epic, one for the Time Lords to boast about for the next millennia!
