From OTT Garba celebrations and DJ-led Dandiya nights to Gujarati food and dramatic outfits, here’s where to dance your way through Navratri 2026.

Navratri in Delhi arrives at exactly the right time of year: winter's around the corner, but not quite here yet, which means it's the perfect weather to step out. October is also Delhi at its most festive – with Garba and Dandiya nights arguably leading the charge every Navratri.
Across Delhi-NCR, residential colonies host their own mini Garba nights, while big-ticket Dandiya events and Navratri celebrations in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram pull in crowds by the hundreds. The bigger events stand out for their music line-ups, Gujarati food, elaborate outfits and, of course, the charged energy of hundreds of people dancing together.
Garba is, after all, a community-forward dance. The more people join the circle, the better it gets. By 7pm, across the nine-day festival, plenty of gorgeously dressed folks, armed with whimsical Dandiya sticks, are warming up their wrists for a long night on the dance floor.
This year, Delhi and its satellite cities are again going all in. Sharad Navratri runs from October 11 to 20, 2026, and the Dandiya and Garba calendar in Delhi-NCR is packed with events, from traditional community celebrations to large-scale ticketed nights featuring live music, DJs, dancing and Gujarati food.
Looking for the best Garba and Dandiya nights in Delhi in 2026? These are the events to know about across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. Just make sure you get your tickets before they disappear.
Two nights of Garba Raas are a pretty good excuse to dress dramatically. Dandiya Raas Season 4 is bringing a five-hour celebration to NSIC Ground, with live DJ Prateek Monga, singer Shibani Kashyap and artist Komal Seth, alongside Garba-Dandiya and general festive music. It’s open to all age groups, so bring the whole family, or the friend group that has been planning matching outfits since last month. Expect big-night-out energy from this event.

If your definition of Dandiya involves Bollywood and EDM, ginormous production and dramatic lights, Shubharambh is the one to look out for. This three-day celebration brings together Garba and Dandiya with Bollywood and EDM beats, plus food experiences. It’s also conveniently close to Supreme Court Metro Station, just a five-minute walk away, which is more useful than it sounds. Nobody wants to navigate Delhi traffic during Navratri while wearing their most elaborate festive outfit. Think of this as the full-scale disco-Dandiya experience, set against one of the city’s biggest venues.
When: Fri-Sun, October 16–18, 4pm onwards
Where: Bharat Mandapam, Outer Area, Hangar 7-B
Nearest Metro station: Supreme Court Metro Station (Blue Line)

Why have one Dandiya night when you can have an entire week? Dandiya Night 3.0 is taking over Dilli Haat, Janakpuri, throughout Navratri, with DJ music, Dhol, food stalls and photo booths. Dandiya sticks are available at the venue, too. It’s family-friendly and offers a mix of music, making this a flexible option for groups where everyone has a slightly different idea of what constitutes a fun night out. You can pick whichever Navratri evening works for you, or even switch between friend groups.

Where: Dilli Haat, Janakpuri
Nearest Metro station: Janakpuri Metro Station (Magenta Line)

Half of us know Dandiya from Bollywood anyway, and, frankly, some of us have started preferring that version. This two-night celebration at PSOI Lawns brings DJ Yogii on October 17 and DJ Beatcrush on October 18, alongside food stalls and plenty of space for outdoor dancing. And the event is completely immersed in Bollywood. The leafy Nehru Park setting also gives this one a different feel from the usual banquet-hall-and-ballroom situation.
When: Sat-Sun, October 17–18, 6pm onwards
Where: PSOI Club, Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri
Nearest Metro station: Lok Kalyan Marg (Yellow Line)
Tickets: ₹599 onwards
Noida’s favourite shopping complex is turning into a Garba dance floor. So, naturally, you could browse for a chaniya-choli, and perhaps a few other festive things, before hitting the dance floor. It’s also the sort of plan that works beautifully if half your group wants to dance and the other half would rather disappear into a mall for an hour. This makes the event a convenient Noida night with the option of post-Dandiya retail therapy.
When: Fri, October 16, 7pm onwards
Where: Green Island, East Gate, DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida
Nearest Metro station: Noida Sector 18 (Blue Line)
Tickets: Starts from ₹599
This five-day Garba celebration brings together music, food and the Gujarati tradition of Garba Raas. Expect authentic Gujarati cuisine, traditional handlooms, handicrafts and artisanal works. Come dressed in your festive ghaghra-choli and bring your family and friends along. Garba is the opposite of anything singular—it’s meant to be experienced together. Headlining the event are Salim-Sulaiman, vocalist Deepali Sathe and musician Dhairya Rajpara.
When: Thurs-Mon, October 15–19, 2026, 7pm onwards
Where: Purana Qila, Mathura Rd, Near Delhi Zoo, New Delhi, Delhi 110001
Nearest Metro station: Supreme Court Metro Station (Blue Line)
Tickets: ₹999 onwards
If you’re not quite ready to let Navratri end, Meri Dilli Dandiya Utsav is keeping the festive energy going. Scheduled for late October, this three-day celebration brings Dandiya and Garba to Talkatora Indoor Stadium. The indoor setting also means you can enjoy the festivities without having to worry too much about Delhi’s unpredictable October weather. And because this one lands after the main Navratri period, it’s handy for anyone who missed the earlier Garba nights, or simply believes there is no such thing as too much Dandiya.
When: Fri-Sun, October 23–25, 2026
Where: Talkatora Indoor Stadium
Nearest Metro station: Shivaji Stadium (Orange Line/Airport Express)
Tickets: Around ₹700 onwards
The fourth edition features DJ Perisha and DJ Gaurav, alongside Garba, Dandiya and the obligatory festive dressing-up opportunity. The event is open to children aged three and above. There’s also another Dandiya event at Spectrum Mall running on multiple dates, with food, mocktails, desserts, a vegetarian buffet and Dandiya sticks included in the package. The event is ideal for anyone who has been screenshot-ing chaniya-choli outfits from pintrest.
When: October 17, 6pm onwards
Where: Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75, Noida
Nearest Metro station: Noida Sector 50 Metro Station (Aqua Line)
Tickets: From ₹499
If none of these work well with your location, there are plenty more options around the NCR. RCube Mall in Noida has a two-night Dandiya celebration on October 17–18 from ₹499, while Dandiya E Dhamaka 4.0 takes over Gurugram’s Sector 4 Community Centre on October 11 from ₹499. Check out Grand Dandiya Carnival Gurgaon irunning at Seven Barrel Brewpub from October 14–19, with tickets from ₹399 and additional redeemable cover charges on certain dates. In case, you are after something a little more restaurant-y.
Now all that’s left to do is figure out your chaniya-choli, practise your dance and decide which friend is inevitably going along.
Sharad Navratri 2026 runs from October 11 to October 20. Garba and Dandiya events in Delhi-NCR will take place across these dates, with many larger celebrations concentrated over the weekends.
Many of the larger, commercial Garba and Dandiya nights require advance tickets, while community celebrations may be free or open to residents. Check the individual event listing before you go.
Traditional Gujarati-inspired outfits are the obvious choice, with lehengas, chaniya cholis, kurtas and kediyus all common at Garba and Dandiya events. Comfortable footwear is highly recommended, because you’ll be dancing for hours.
