Do you think that you're the best karaoke singer in town? More importantly, do others think you're the best karaoke singer in town? Well, it's time to find out! Welcome to the first annual Karaoke on the Rocks! $10 Admission with happy hour food and bar specials all night. And we have $500 in cash prizes to give away! Whether you prefer to be on stage belting your favorite classic rock tune or sit in back corner booth and sing away from the microphone, this is a great opportunity to hear the what Denver karaoke singers have got to offer and put your two cents in (literally). 5:00 - 6:00 Registration opens for the karaoke contest. This works on a first come, first serve basis. During this time, the mic will be open for anyone who wants to sing. But be aware, with so many singers and so little time, you have have to put down some extra tip to move on up the line! 6:00 - 8:00 And the competition begins! Those that enter have a few golden minutes each to impress the judges and impress the audience - both have deciding powers. (Audiences bring your loose change and crisp bills to help decide.) 8:15 Cash Prizes! Judges will decide the top three contestants and the audiences play an important role in deciding the ultimate crowd pleaser of the evening.
