Join us on Friday the 20th at 1 pm for a tasting of our four new single origin coffees for the month of January. We'll taste our new offerings in a guided cupping, and all four will be available in our cafe throughout the weekend.

Peru Alejandro Yucra: This is our second year roasting coffee from Alejandro Chacon Yucra in the Cusco region of Peru, and it's a lovely but nuanced crowd-pleaser, with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and subtle fruit. Available as drip throughout the weekend.

Rwanda Kanzu: Another second year coffee for Huck, Rwanda Kanzu is the bomb. This year we're roasting coffee from the Kanzu washing station's 12th week of the harvest, and it explodes with cranberry and lemondrop candy brightness, floral complexity, and a deep maple syrup sweetness. Available on bar as espresso.

Burundi Gitwe Washed: Huckleberry has worked with the Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi's Muramvya Province for four years running, and this is our first of three Long Miles coffees this year. Gitwe washed is a complex but balanced cup, with notes of clementine, sweet date, red berry, and shortbread cookie. Available on bar as pourover.

Ethiopia Wenago: Last but not least, a new fruit bomb. Wenago is a natural-processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia that should be on the short list for all the Ardi lovers out there. Tropical fruit, grape candy, mixed berries, juicy. Available as Aeropress.

Taste and chat coffee with us after lunch on Friday. All cupping participants will receive 10% off any drink or whole bean coffee purchases at the cafe.
