At last - a kids' Halloween event that addresses the much neglected first part of that whole 'trick or treat' deal. Head along to the Storytelling Centre at lunchtime and equip your little terror with a song, a poem and a dance to be deployed on the neighbours' doorstep later on. We reckon the extra sweets are guaranteed.
