Bisque Brasserie

Bisque is in the Bruntsfield Hotel so has no street presence and is easy to miss but this slick, modern brasserie is worth investigation. It offers everything from breakfast to lunch, afternoon snacks to a full dinner menu in eclectic Euro-Scottish style (Aberdeen Angus beef stroganoff for example) while there’s a terrace for the summer months. Overall it has the feel of a hideaway – and it does decent bisque too.
