Easily missed given the location but worth seeking out
A Thai restaurant in a busy part of the city, the basement premises cosset diners from the bustle outside. Small and charming, you will find the standards of Thai cuisine here but watch out for specials like Moo Yang (pork fillet marinated in coriander, fish sauce, honey and palm sugar, grilled, then served with sweet black miso sauce and red chilli pickle). Two courses pre-theatre, £12.95.
