Twenty Princes Street

The Royal British Hotel is undergoing a rolling refurbishment until the end of 2014 but launched this venue, its new flagship diner, in 2013. The décor here aims for contemporary urban chic, it has views towards the Old Town and a Modern European menu with mains like roast venison, chicken breast, sea bass or linguini – all highly accessorised. There is also shellfish, steak cooked on a Josper and more.
