Of Zizzi’s four branches in Edinburgh this one is the most cavernous, an open-plan venue in Ocean Terminal shopping mall with huge windows looking out to Leith’s Western Harbour and the Forth. The menu is the same as its stablemates: starters and nibbles, calzone, lasagne, meat and fish dishes, pasta, pizza, risotto, salads, gelato and other desserts. Two and three course set menus can be good value; the Bambini menu for kids is especially cheap.
