Jammed between a major concert venue and a theatre, close to Edinburgh’s financial quarter, the décor at this Italian restaurant is modern, the lunch and pre-theatre menus are affordable (two courses for £11.95 or £14.95 respectively). The à la carte meanwhile could bring a starter like beef carpaccio with truffle oil, rocket and parmesan; a main like fettucine with mixed seafood, fennel, chilli, garlic and white wine.
