The Importance of Being Earnest as Performed by Three F*cking Queens and a Duck

As yet another safe, snore-worthy production of 'The Importance of Being Earnest' hits the West End, this trio of Aussie queens deserve from credit for bringing Wilde's comedy back to its shocking gay roots. But enough about that, what of the duck? As one mightily pissed off reviewer commented on the show's 2014 premiere: 'The less said of the duck (which seems to be wedged into the story simply to make the title funnier), the better.' Hopefully the intervening four years have given this underwhelming mallard a chance to plump up his acting skills and give a performance that'll really take flight.
