The revelation that Ken Livingstone was an avid keeper of newts pretty much did for his political career. They're just fundamentally weird and creepy little beasties. Knaive Theatre's enticingly titled show uses the slimy beings to make a critique of capitalism that's housed in Summerhall's dank basements, using theatrical surround-sound to bring their squelchy post-apocalyptic vision to life.
