Cocktails in the City

The UK-wide event for mixology enthusiasts comes to 'Edinburgh's Sistene Chapel' (aka the Mansfield Traquair). Expect tuition, demonstrations, live music and (of course) more than one or two fancy beverages from 16 of the city's cocktail-serving establishments, including Chaophraya, The Blackbird, Harvey Nichols Forth Floor, 56 North, Treacle and the Juniper Bar.
