Pro-art collective Pop Up Scotland present a mass outdoor public art project that culminates with the release of hundreds (possibly thousands) of balloons above the Meadows. In addition to that breathtaking sight, they also promise indie pop-up shops, yoga, sewing and crafting taster sessions, and DJs from Channel 2, Hector's House and Lezure.
