The Edinburgh International Science Festival hosts a farmers' market with a twist, as food producers, scientific researches and chefs come together to explain and explore the science behind food. Award-winning local chef Paul Wedgwood is one of this year's special guests, while a mini-mart is also planned for any younger visitors intersted in scientific foodie fun.
