Massive Attack are heading back to Finland after a ten-year break, bringing their Massive Attack Live 2026 European tour to Helsinki’s Veikkaus Arena on Wednesday 27 May 2026. Tickets go on general sale via Ticketmaster on Friday 27 February at 10am.
Formed in Bristol, Massive Attack were pioneers of trip hop, fusing hip hop, soul, dub and electronic music into a brooding, immersive sound that would define an era. Their debut album Blue Lines (1991) is widely regarded as the first true trip-hop record.
Follow-ups Protection (1994) and Mezzanine (1998) cemented their status as one of the most influential British electronic acts of the 1990s. Mezzanine, in particular, remains a landmark – dark, atmospheric and home to tracks such as ‘Teardrop’ and ‘Angel’. Over the course of their career, the band have released five studio albums.
The Helsinki date is one of seven European shows on the tour. Massive Attack last performed in the city at Flow Festival in 2016.
